Depending on the size and nature of your lease request, the documents you will be asked to provide will vary.

All applications require the following before application processing will begin:

If you are applying for an amount over $100,000 or have been in business for less than 2 years (leases less than $25,000), please provide the items listed above as well as:

  • Personal Financial Statement (all owners)
  • Business Tax Returns - 3 Years
  • Business Financial Statements - 3 Years
  • Personal Tax Returns - 3 years
  • Personal Bank Statements - 3 Most Recent Months
