Leasing Documents Checklist
Depending on the size and nature of your lease request, the documents you will be asked to provide will vary.
All applications require the following before application processing will begin:
- Signed CRC Leasing Application
- Equipment / Vehicle Invoice(s)
- Business Bank Statements - 3 Most Recent Months
If you are applying for an amount over $100,000 or have been in business for less than 2 years (leases less than $25,000), please provide the items listed above as well as:
- Personal Financial Statement (all owners)
- Business Tax Returns - 3 Years
- Business Financial Statements - 3 Years
- Personal Tax Returns - 3 years
- Personal Bank Statements - 3 Most Recent Months
